Refund and Guarantee Policy

## 1. QUALIFYING INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS
All refund guarantees require you to make a qualifying investment that meets the following criteria:
### 1.1 Basic Requirements
- Minimum value of $50,000 USD (or currency equivalent)
- Made within 12 months of purchasing the service
- Made independently by you (or you own minimum 50% stake)
- Must be a Recognised Investment (see Section 1.2)
### 1.2 Recognised Investment Definition
A "Recognised Investment" must meet ALL of the following:
Legal Compliance:
- Made through legal channels in compliance with all laws and regulations
- Properly registered with relevant government authorities
- In a jurisdiction with established legal frameworks
- With licensed provider or regulated platform (where applicable)
- Includes proper ownership transfer and legal documentation
Investment Structure:
- Completed asset or investment with full title and possession
- Shares in regulated REIT or fund
- Units in registered investment fund or syndication
- Direct or documented beneficial ownership
- EXCLUDES: All off-plan investments, under-construction investments, or investments without immediate possession
Verification:
- Independently verifiable through public records or regulatory filings
- Purchase price consistent with market valuations (not artificially inflated)
- Involves legitimate parties (not shell companies or fraudulent entities)
- Authentic and verifiable documentation
Professional Standards:
- Licensed professionals involved where required
- Proper due diligence followed
- Complies with AML and KYC requirements
- All taxes, fees, and duties paid
### 1.3 What Does NOT Qualify
Never Eligible:
- ANY off-plan investment (regardless of developer, location, or timeline)
- ANY under-construction investment
- ANY investment without immediate possession and title
- Fraudulent, scam, or Ponzi schemes
- Illegal transactions or unregistered developments
- Cryptocurrency or tokenised assets (unless through regulated REIT)
- Timeshares or vacation clubs
- Training programs, coaching, or education packages
- Investments with disputed titles or legal issues
- Investments in war zones or areas with no legal recourse
- Investments lacking proper documentation
Clear Rule: If the investment is not yet built, completed, or handed over = NOT eligible. No exceptions.
### 1.4 How Returns Are Calculated
Included:
- Rental income (gross)
- Capital appreciation
- Dividends or distributions
- Interest earned
- Any financial gains from the investment
Excluded:
- Tax benefits
- Potential future appreciation
- Unrealized gains
Measurement Period: 12 months from date of first qualifying investment
### 1.5 Investment Review Process
- B1 OF US determines if an investment qualifies as a Recognised Investment
- You must provide all requested documentation
- We may request third-party verification or appraisals
- Our determination is final and not subject to appeal

## 2. COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP REFUND GUARANTEE
### 2.1 Eligibility Requirements
You qualify for a full refund of membership fees if ALL of the following are met:
1. You maintained active paid membership for minimum 12 consecutive months
2. You made at least one qualifying investment (see Section 1)
3. Within 12 months of your investment, returns do not equal or exceed your total membership fees paid
4. The investment remains operational (has not collapsed, failed, or become insolvent)
5. You provide complete documentation (investment proof, returns, membership receipts)
6. You submit claim within 30 days of the 12-month investment anniversary
### 2.2 Additional Exclusions
- You canceled or suspended membership during measurement period
- You violated Community guidelines or were suspended/banned
- You received complimentary or discounted membership
### 2.3 Refund Amount
- Total membership fees paid during 12-month measurement period
- Original currency of payment
- Minus processing fees or bank charges
- Does NOT include costs of events, courses, or add-on services

## 3. RETREAT REFUND GUARANTEE
### 3.1 Eligibility Requirements
You qualify for a full refund of retreat ticket if ALL of the following are met:
1. You made at least one qualifying investment (see Section 1) within 12 months of attending the retreat
2. Within 12 months of your investment, returns do not equal or exceed your retreat ticket cost
3. The investment remains operational (has not collapsed, failed, or become insolvent)
4. You provide complete documentation (investment proof, returns, ticket receipt, attendance confirmation)
5. You submit claim within 30 days of the 12-month investment anniversary
### 3.2 Additional Exclusions
- You did not attend the full retreat
- You received complimentary or discounted ticket
### 3.3 Refund Amount
- Full retreat ticket price paid
- Original currency of payment
- Minus processing fees or bank charges
- Does NOT include travel, accommodation, or personal expenses

## 4. PRIVATE COACHING - NO REFUNDS
Private coaching services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Why:
- Personalized time and attention from coaches
- Customised strategies specific to your situation
- Immediate delivery of service that cannot be returned
Exception: If you cancel before your first session and before any materials are delivered, we may offer a refund minus 20% administrative fee. Request must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase.

## 5. COURSES AND PROGRAMS
Refund policies for courses and programs will be stated at time of purchase and on respective program sales pages.

## 6. GENERAL REFUND TERMS
### 6.1 How to Claim a Refund

1. We review within 60 days of receipt
2. You receive written decision

### 6.2 Refund Method
- Original payment method
- Original currency
- Minus payment processing fees, bank charges, or conversion costs
### 6.3 Limitations
- No partial refunds (full amount or nothing)
- One refund claim per service category
- Our decision is final and not subject to appeal
### 6.4 Fraudulent Claims
Fraudulent documentation or false claims result in:
- Immediate denial
- Termination of all services
- Potential legal action
- Ban from all future B1 OF US services

- You conduct your own due diligence

- B1 OF US is not responsible for investment outcomes
- All investments carry risk including total loss of capital
- Returns are never guaranteed
- You may lose money even if you qualify for a refund
- Off-plan investments are EXCLUDED from refund guarantees
- Only completed investments with immediate possession qualify
### 7.3 Educational Purpose Only
Our services are educational. The refund guarantee demonstrates confidence in our content and encourages action, but does NOT guarantee results or compensate for poor investment decisions.
